Special Accommodation Rates
Crossbasket Castle has kindly agreed to a flat room rate for the first 30 rooms booked by our alumni, with full Scottish breakfast included.

First 30 rooms
These special rates apply to the first 30 rooms reserved. Once those are booked, additional rooms will be £50 more per night. Sharing a room with a friend is an excellent way to reduce accommodation costs.

The castle allows cancellations and refunds up to 30 days prior to arrival, for up to a maximum of 3 rooms. We warmly recommend covering your plans with travel insurance.

The reunion registration fee covers all meals and reunion activities during our 3-night, 4-day stay at Crossbasket Castle.

If you are sending your payment from overseas, please ensure the full amount of US$360 per person is received. Kindly include any applicable bank or wire transfer fees so that the net amount deposited is US$360 per person.
Reunion registration — refund policy
- •There will be no refund after 5 May 2027 — 60 days prior to the reunion — as the committee must pay the hotel in full by that date.
- •If a cancellation after 5 May 2027 is for a medical reason, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded upon notification.
